• Timely sharing of reporting & analysis data with S&D teams.
• Follow up with IT, Distribution for gathering operational information.
• Responsible for end to end delivery of daily sales and distribution reports of Abu Dhabi to General Manager Sales and Distribution.
• Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Monthly/Annual sales and distribution reports
• Testing of new products launch in coordination with different departments (IT, Marketing)
• Coordination with customer care in case if there comes any query related to new product delivery within TAT
• Following of all Action items against all organizational presentations and its closure
• Making analysis and management presentation on regular basis for decision making
• Meeting customers in person and briefing about the new products launched
• Providing technical support to sales and distribution team in accordance with customer care
• Generating leads from customers and references for increase in revenue.
• Monitoring availability of stock at all regional stores for further distribution to channel (Branches, Corporate sales)
• Dealing with Vendors and coordinating with legal department regarding Vendors Contract renewal.
